Thanks for the great info Ryan. Parking can be such a sticky wicket with many buyers (and agents) trusting the "word" of the seller when it comes to parking. I will be sure to share your findings with our clients.

Boyd Cleaners is very expensive. Dry cleaning for a single pair of pants is $15, more than double my last cleaners, which was $7. I had 5 articles cleaned by them and it came up to $77! No wonder they can afford to take 4 week vacations.

It looks fantastic and is a wonderful concept. Things like this can only add and enhance the already vibrant atmosphere that is TO. I believe that other areas outside of the city could also benefit from areas like this. We are in PEC and although I would not say our rural life and sense of place would benefit the surrounding areas such as Belleville, and Kingston would.

Toronto is a beautiful city and I don’t think that it really matters how Toronto condos look like if zoning laws of Manhattan are applied. Toronto has its own uniqueness and it does not need to look like New York.
